WorkRite Safety works with NorthMed, Northeast Med and Oneida City Hospital as well as designated specialists and other providers for a multidisciplinary approach to medical management.

WorkRite Safety has a "Rent-a-Nurse" program for companies that do not have an occupational nurse on staff. Available by hourly basis during week or month.
"The highest calling of any specialist is to prevent what they treat." - Jan Jirout

Ergonomic injuries account for 60-70% of all injuries nationally but are 90% of all costs. Our "Doctor-on-Call" program can help.

WorkRite Safety will provide a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) to work in your facility alongside the occupational health nurse. The bottom line advantage to using chiropractic includes:
* DCs accurately diagnose and prescribe treatment within their scope of practice, having more value than non-doctor providers;
* DCs specialize in diagnosis and treatment of the most prevalent and costly types of injuries that occur in the workplace (ergonomic-related injuries).

Benefits to your company by WorkRite's "Doctor-on-Call" program are:
* validation and triage injuries, referring to affiliated facilities and providers as appropriate;
* In-house treatment of both work related and non-work related injuries and conditions. This convenience allows easy access to care for workers and eliminates off-site consultation, providing greater control of work related injuries;
* Assistance with light-duty recommendations;
* Assistance with hazard ID and control measures;
* Understanding injury statistics such as DART, DAFQII, and Mod-Factor and its impact to your company;
* A focus for limiting or eliminating lost time and restricted days;
* Understanding state workers' compensation laws;
* Assisting your company toward controlling the impact work related injuries have;
* Greater participation of employees in workplace wellness programs;
* and, bottom line...greater productivity, work quality and company-wide morale.
